"👍 We are giving a thumbs up to The Rooter Guys! Our drain from the kitchen and laundry room backed up and there was water and gunk everywhere. We bought this house new in 1996 and have only needed a plumber one time. Neither of us could remember who we called before. The first plumber listed in Hayden was really in Spokane Valley, couldn’t come until Monday and didn’t do drains! So, I called The Rooter Guys at 3:15 today (Friday) - about 15 minutes later Matthew arrived and did an excellent job. He gave us a senior discount - wonder how he knew we are seniors?? Anyway, we would highly recommend them! 😀"

"I "inadvertently" clogged the drain in my kitchen sink when I dumped a container of cooked rice down, not thinking about what would happen next. Two wonderful technicians came to my rescue today, 6/22. In 15 minutes, they had the clog in my drain cleared and water draining as it was meant to do! They were very professional, took the time to explain what they needed to do and why. My husband and I are very impressed with the services of this company!"
