We have used The Rooter Guys Plumbing for 10 years in servicing dozens of rental homes, they do great work and show up at all hours and days and get the job done, I highly recommend them! (Update) "Our business parking lot uses a dry well for dispersing rain water and it has been clogged up for years and drained slowly, till it finally stopped draining. The Rooter Guys Plumbing techs, Cameron and Fred did a great job of assessing the situation and then did a thorough job of cleaning out the well and opening up the drainage vents. The dispatcher, Michele was very kind and connected me to a technician named Mathew who went above and beyond to troubleshoot possible issues. Mathew spent about 45-60 minutes walking my husband and me through our system to see if we could get it working. We were blown away by Mathew's kindness, patience, and efforts to help us. We would highly recommend The Rooter Guys Plumbing (especially Mathew). We will for sure be back and are so grateful to have had such a positive customer service experience. This isn't the first time it has happened but it was definitely the worst. Matt from Rooter Guys came out and gave us suggestions as to why this is happening. We made the decision, upon his recommendation, to replace our downstairs toilet with a toilet that has a pressure flush. He gave us suggestions on the type of toilet and what toilets have the best ratings. In the end we decided to replace all of the toilets in our house plus one sink. Matt and Josh came out to do the replacements for us. They worked so hard and were very conscientious about protecting their workspace and our property.
