A. We give free estimates for all jobs.

A. We service Kootenai County, Shoshone County, Benewah County and Bonner County.
Q. What are your hours?
A. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no extra charges for evening or weekends.
Q. Do you do provide service to commercial accounts?
A. Yes we have the latest equipment and technology for grease trap pumping, hydro-jetting, and all plumbing repairs. Give us call and we will be happy to come out and give you a free estimate.
Q. Do you do septic services?
A. Yes, we can do all aspects of your septic needs. We can pump your tanks, replace or rejuvenate drain fields, install new septic systems, and diagnose — see more details about our septic services here.
Q. How often does my septic tank need to be pumped?
A. It depends on how many people you have living in your house, as well as how big your tank is. For instance if you have a 1000 gallon tank and you have 4 people living in the house, we suggest you have your tank pumped every 2.5 years. Please see detailed information on our Septic Services page.
Q. What does it mean if my water heater is making noise?
A. It could be mineral build up or air inside plumbing lines.
Q. I have banging or loud noises coming from my pipes in the wall–what’s the noise?
A. It could be a loose pipe, or air in the water lines.
Q. I have a bad sewer smell in the house?
A. It could be a dried out trap seal.
Q. I have a bad odor in my yard?
A. We can diagnose and have remedies for bad sewer odors in yard.
Q. Do you winterize houses?
A. Yes, it is always easier to have your home winterized before you go out of town, rather than coming back to broken water lines and a flooded house.
Q. Can you use a camera to see inside my sewer line?
A. Yes, we have cameras and monitors that enable us and you to view the inside of the sewer line for problems including broken lines, clogs, or roots.
